How We Do It

After we receive the client contact details we will contact the client by phone (unless the client has specifically requested email only) and discuss what is required. We will complete our research and prepare the advised illustration, key facts and our IDD.


This information will be emailed to the client and the application form completed over the phone by us and submitted online. The client will be advised that an application summary will be sent to them by post from the provider and that it is important that they thoroughly check all the details within the application and return any necessary paperwork (you will be copied in by email).

We will send (by email or post) any declarations, medical authorisations, trust forms etc, to the provider.

Diarise return of trust form from the provider.

Call provider 2-3 days later if no acknowledgement of application.

Keep you informed of any medical/underwriting requirements.

Call the surgery and chase GP reports. Ascertain whether an invoice needs to be paid before a GPR is produced. Take a note of GP surgery contacts to aid communication.

On receipt of terms from the provider, we will advise you and the client accordingly. The policy will be put on risk at the appropriate agreed date.

Send you a monthly commission statement and pay you!

We will request the policy documents, send them to the client and advise you accordingly.

We carry out all the necessary Financial Sanctions and Anti Money Laundering checks as required by SimplyBiz Group at the appropriate points in the application process.
